# Directions:

01 - Wash all vegetables thoroughly to ensure cleanliness.
02 - Cut cucumbers diagonally into 1/4-inch thick oval slices and arrange them in overlapping rows forming a fan shape on a large serving platter.
03 - Peel carrots and slice diagonally into thin oval pieces matching the size of cucumber slices. Place them adjacent to cucumbers continuing the fan shape.
04 - Cut red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and arrange beside the cucumber and carrot slices to add color contrast.
05 - Place cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas in clusters at the base or sides of the fan arrangement for visual appeal.
06 - Combine Greek yogurt, chopped chives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl and mix well.
