# Directions:

02 - Combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken breasts and coat thoroughly.
03 - Grill chicken for 6 to 7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove and allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
04 - In a medium bowl, gently combine mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
05 - Arrange lettuce leaves on a platter. Top each leaf with sliced chicken, a generous spoonful of mango salsa, and avocado slices.
