# What You'll Need:

01 - 1 cup green cabbage, chopped
02 - 1 cup kale leaves, stems removed, chopped
03 - 1 small cucumber, peeled and chopped
04 - 1 stalk celery, chopped

05 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped
06 - Juice of 1 lemon

→ Flavorings

07 - 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
08 - 1/2 cup cold water (optional, for blending)

# Directions:

01 - Wash all vegetables and fruit thoroughly under cold running water. Remove stems from kale, core the apple, peel the cucumber and ginger, then chop everything into pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
02 - Feed the cabbage, kale, cucumber, celery, apple, and ginger through your juicer. Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice. Stir thoroughly to combine all flavors before serving.
03 - Add all prepared vegetables, apple, ginger, lemon juice, and optional water to a high-powered blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp or reserve for another use.
