# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The three tomato preparations create layers of flavor from bright and juicy to concentrated and sweet
  • Burrata brings a luxurious creaminess that ties everything together
  • Stunning presentation with minimal effort for impressive entertaining
02 -
  • Serve this while the roasted tomatoes are still slightly warm for the best texture contrast
  • Do not refrigerate burrata before serving as cold cheese loses its luxurious mouthfeel
  • The salad needs to be dressed right before serving or the greens will wilt
03 -
  • Use the best tomatoes you can find since they are the star of the show
  • Let the roasted tomatoes cool for just 5 minutes so they do not wilt the greens
  • Tear the basil by hand right before serving to prevent bruising
