# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Just a pinch of cardamom turns a basic smoothie into something you’ll crave all week.
  • It’s flexible—swap in plant-based milk or sweeteners to suit your mood or pantry.
02 -
  • If you use fibrous or underripe mangoes, you’ll end up with a stringy lassi, no matter how much you blend.
  • One extra pinch of cardamom can completely change the drink—it’s worth measuring.
03 -
  • Always start with less cardamom than you think you need; it’s easy to add but impossible to take out.
  • If you ever over-sweeten, a dash of lemon fixes everything in seconds.
