# What You'll Need:
→ Herbed Cream Cheese
01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
→ Sandwich Assembly
08 - 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
09 - 12 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
# Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, dill, chives, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well blended. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
02 - Lightly spread softened butter on one side of each bread slice to prevent moisture absorption and sogginess.
03 - Apply a generous layer of herbed cream cheese mixture evenly onto each prepared bread slice.
04 - Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer over the cream cheese on half of the bread slices.
05 - Top cucumber-layered bread with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down, to form complete sandwiches.
06 - Gently press sandwich pairs together. Trim edges if needed for uniformity. Cut each sandwich into halves or quarters as desired.
07 - Serve immediately or cover with damp paper towel and refrigerate until service time.
